The Job Connect Program is a training initiative designed to help employers meet their hiring needs and reduce payroll costs. We can offer you access to a pool of candidates who qualify for entry level positions and possible access to government wage subsidies.
                                              

• Wage subsidy reduces payroll costs.
• Saves advertising costs and recruitment time.
• Candidates are pre-screened to ensure their suitability for the position.
• Agency will administer the majority of paperwork.

• Youth out of school/work/training (part-time).
• Of no direct relation to the employer.
• Youth committed to learn and train for long term employability in established businesses.

The following specifications must be met in order to participate in Job Connect, and obtain the wage subsidy:

• Businesses must be registered in Ontario.
• WSIB coverage, or the equivalent.
• 3rd party liability hiring will compliment your existing staff and will not result in any layoff or displacement of current staff.

Job Development and Placement Support

JDPS is designed for those who already have career goals and job search skills, but who have been unable to link their skills and career goals to the labour market.

Summer Job Services

 
Providing Youth with information knowledge and skills to find a job on their own. Providing Employers with access to youth who are ready to work in the summer.

Summer Employment gives excellent experience.
